SNM separatist are the greatest danger to peace and instability in the Horn of Africa. They also have been known to encourage terrorist activities in Southern Somalia to paint a picture that they are peaceful but the south is not. They are prepared to do whatever it takes to advance their separatists ideology including ethnic cleansing. They have no regard for human rights and constantly arrest and jail anyone who they see as a threat because they have a different view. One of the people who has been in jail for over a year just because he was accused of visiting Mogadishu is Abdimalik Muse Coldoon. They constantly commit human rights violations in the regions where they are forcefully occupying as the locals are unionists, such as Laascaanood. I am urging the Somali Federal Government not to forget the rights of the unionists in their want to please the separatists.
