The former north somali is 5 region. The cuurent admisntration of Hargisa only forms to theor people of hargaysa berbara an burao only Isak proportaion around 40% of the land they inhabit they just managed . We are part of north. Regions we are not part of this agreement and negotiation between Fgs ans Sl. So that we are not part of this agreement and we will not support theor outcome. We will let you know to participate the stabilty of these regions. Not to support for only SNM.
