I personally come from these unionist communities in Northern Somalia, I was born there so as of my great grandfathers, but I witnessed those that are close to me e.g my father and uncles go in exile in the rest of Somalia and Africa because of fear of persecution by the SNM rebels that run Somaliland, I would like to see us coexist and live together with other tribes in northern Somalia, I therefore argue the Federal government of Somalia and the international community to give my people a chance to express their demands of peace and unity in the region in next talks between Somalia and the secessionists from my region of Somaliland

Let me one thing there were no two independent states that United in 1960, however they were two regions of Somalia that got there independents within four days . Northern Somalia or Britain colonized region got there independent on June 26th1960 and they Somali flag that was already recognized but the United nation so when raised that flag they declared that they are part of that country. When because you become part of existing you can claimed there were two different countries and were recognized by 35 countries in United nation. What flag those 35 countries recognized for you. When the a country is going recognize by The UN it has to have unique flag and they going to recognize under a flag that was already in the UN for another country which is under the trustees of UN for more then 9yrs and it was shamed to see muse bihi or other called in Somaliland come front of the world and made statement like that.

We need fair and balance dialogue between Somalia and regional state of Somaliland And we want United somalia

What if the somali political system remain its current Path based on the extreem pillars of SNM and HAG ?what is your future look like if SNM get recognition from a Somali president who present you in the power sharing in 4.5? Our country is one

Although, I am from Hargeisa but I have never thought that north Somalia would separate from its south. I believe we as a northerners are an integral part of the south.
