Its a natural dogs instinct to protect its own yard. A bite on the bottom is not a savage attack. A dog should not lose its life over doing its job. Protecting its property and owners. Why do families have dogs? For companionship but to also ensure their yard is safe from intruders entering their property. If people decide to hang outside your property knowing you have a dog they accept the unpredictable nature that any animal can display at any given time.

I have bully breeds and yes they are protective , but not aggressive .

He was on his own property protecting it. He was just doing his job. He didn’t mame the woman and she was in his space. Let him go back to his family!

No dog breeds are bad. It's how they are raised. This pup was protecting his property & the door knocker wasn't hurt.

I don't for a second blame the dog! I would bite doorknockers too!! He didn't know the difference between intruder or otherwise!!! She didn't die for gods sake!
