Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit our petition to save big cats and their eternal extinction. My friend and I have started a project, called 20-Time, to raise awareness for big cats everywhere. From Sand cats to Lions, we want to explain how these cats are in danger. Their number 1 predator are humans and it is getting to point of the crucial endangerment of lions in Africa.

Last year, a dentist killed a lion for fun and took a picture of his kill. This picture was put on the spot and so was the dentist, on social media everywhere. There were protests and arguments defending the lion and showing that killing a lion for fun is definitely not right in the eyes of the people.

Not only are big cats getting killed for fun, but they are also abused in circus's and amusement parks. They are caged for days, abused by whips, starved for weeks, and expected to perform a show at least 3 times a day. It's devastating to hear how the uniqueness of the cat's fur is used for coats, key chains, pens, rugs, hair extensions, and more. Even their teeth and nails are used for jewelry and weapons.

The big cat family have been hopelessly begging to be heard, but only two individuals and sanctuaries have spoke for them. These animals need a voice. They need to be heard.My friend and I hope that you will read our petition, and help us protect the life of our furry friends.
