Allumen Yoga is a unique and special place that I treasure. I've seen it's growth the last several years (as I've gone since it opened) and I'm hopeful and confident that it will continue to provide valuable physical and mental benefits to all of its guests. Madeleine is a phenomenal instructor and an incredibly hard worker and has demonstrated an ability to grow the brand and business dramatically since it first opened.
I hope that Allumen's landlord can recognize the studio's connection to the local neighborhood and provide a longer run way so that it can continue to thrive after getting through the expected challenges of a new company.
It would be shortsighted of the landlord to not provide Allumen with more time to perform, given the challenges in the real estate industry (including limited demand for commercial space and inflation/tenant improvement costs).
Allumen has a strong brand and leadership. It will thrive if given the chance.
