James Cooksley and Roxanne Cooksley and their two daughters who are toddlers are stuck living in a small 1 bedroom flat which is classed as overcrowding. we have tried every option through bristol city council and bristol home choice and through exchange and private renting and have no joy, the council have had more than the relevant information and have had numerous letters and people contacting them on our behalf such as: GP's, caffcass, solicitors, health visitors and local mp and we have been told they are not willing to help or change our situation and we have to keep bidding but our Que positions are so high we are not in any priority and we wont be able to move anytime soon.

4 of us is stuck in a small one bedroom flat and when i say small it is tiny with no space and no back door, we share a communal front door which the neighbors keep leaving it open especially all night which is dangerous with the 2 children its hard to explain how we are living in such a short paragraph but most of you will know our situation and we would be extremely and eternally grateful if you could sign this petition to help with moving to show the council how hard it is for us and how much support we have and people who are in agreeance with the reasons why we have to move and soon.
