Gayle went through Hell and back in order to survive an attempt to kill her by Edward Beauford Cutner in 1988 while masquerading as a potential Real Estate Client. This act was premeditated and as a former member of law enforcement it was unforgiveable. I believe that he is still a danger to Gayle and to the community at large and therefore should be denied bail.

Keep him in jail doing hard labor to earn his room and board.
