Gail’s life was never the same after the shooting . She was a respected and very successful broker. Releasing the shooter would be a travesty!

Anyone who commits a violent felony such as the one in question, will do it again. My 23 years of experience in law enforcement taught me that rule of thumb.. Do not honor his act by releasing him.
