The old building was an eyesore, this looks so much better. Also, don’t pretend like you haven’t painted the homes in Mill Race village different colors over the years.

That building Is not historic and next to CVS that is not historic or the new modern condos on Center St. Hypocrisy

The original yellow would look terrible with the Pizza Cutter color scheme!! What is the point?? It makes absolutely no sense.

The fresh white paint gives this building a much needed makeover. It is bright and welcoming.

The building prior, while it may have some mid century significance, was not attractive. The painted brick, along with the branding look of Pizza Cutter which has been in existence since the late 70's seems like something that the HDC should give leniency on. It is a VAST improvement on the previous look. And should the late 1970's start falling into "historic" significance? Just a thought.

Yellow brick looks ugly. Also, you can't complain about it not being historical when there are brand new MODERN and UGLY apartments that were just built on Center St.

Looks better. Special Use within zoning ordinance should be permitted given the business history within the city.

The Yellow Brick was unbelieveably ugly. No one in the world thinks "Historic Northville" When they see an ugly yellow brick insurance office (is that what it was?). Pizza Cutter, their brand, and their business, are vastly more important to Northville's history.

That yellow brick was beyond ugly. Everyone knows it. Friends and out of town visitors have commented on how unattractive the yellow brick was.
Pizza Cutter has immensely improved the building’s appearance. Please don’t be stupid and make them return it to the puke yellow.

Let’s preserve the “history” of this community-minded business and let them keep it painted white. It’s clean, beautiful, & a positive change in a sea of not-so-positive changes to that area.

The white color for pizza cutter has been a staple since it opened. It is a part of pizza cutter. It shows the happiness and love that goes into every pizza. Yellow isn’t what pizza cutter is about. Please let us keep it.

If this were a chain restaurant, the city wouldn’t take on this issue because they have attorneys. Another case of a city making things difficult for small businesses
