We can build modern condos right next door but can’t leave the white paint. Come on Northville.

It looks fresh and clean and so much better than the drab yellow.

What a ridiculous waste of time and money. Boo to the moron who brought this up

This is completely ridiculous for a new buisness to uphold out of date laws. Including the new structures of apartments built on center street and a 3 story building on the corner of Dunlap and center st. Leave a small business alone and let it thrive instead of holding it back.

Pizza Cutter has their own history in NORTHVILLE. Let’s respect that and leave the company alone. There is no need to paint.

The building looks great, it’s a business that has given to the community for years, and it’s simply wasteful (o many fronts) to make them paint it back.

Allow pizza cutter to rerun the white color.
It is an improvement to the building.
The original yellow has little if any historic value.

Keep the white! It looks fresh and should be the owners decision, not the city.

This building appears to be a 1950s building with no historical value. I vote to leave it white.

Allowing a 3 story building at Center and Dunlap, which blocks the view of the truly historic old church building, but worrying about the clean new look of this building seems ridiculous. I vote for the Pizza Cutter improvement.

I support allowing the all white building. Check the federal/national HDC standards. I don’t think they can dictate paint color (but our local group does anyway). Good Luck!

We have been Pizza Cutter customers for over 30 year. The building looks fresh and appropriate. The colors are those of the Italian flag. I think the colors should remain the same.

The white looks MUCH more like the charm of Northville.
