This man deserves justice. They were going to charge a different person with murder but not the REAL murderer?

Seems like they have enough evidence for an arrest. They had less evidence when they put the wrong man in jail. I think the 2 woman are withholding information. Tragic.

I have horrific past personal experience with JP. It has been over a decade since I've been in his presence, but I am still afraid of him, and I still suffer with PTSD because of the time I spent with him. Leaving the following details scares me actually, as I worry it could put a target on my back, however I do think it's important that people know who JP is and how he operates, and understand what a danger he is. He is very abusive, violent, psychotic, a loose cannon, and could care less about who and how many people he hurts--he is a danger to society! I know his behavior first-hand, and I do not believe that his actions were in self defense. He violently attacked me many many times over 3+yrs completely unprovoked and out of nowhere, including: holding a gun to my head on one occasion (for just calmly asking him to not do illegal activity and get a legit job instead), he often would sneak up behind me when I was unaware of his presence and hold my arms down and a knife tightly to my throat just to make me squirm and cry and then would walk off laughing once I was in a state of complete terror (he did this numerous times with many different types of knives), he would constantly tell me how easy it would be to kill someone and show me (by digging his knuckles in my back) where someone could be stabbed or shot to die instantly (just to put fear in me), he would often headbutt me, shove me into furniture or walls or onto the floor, would often drag me around by my hair, constantly punch me or backhand me hard in the head (where bruises and swelling would be hidden by my hair) and punched me twice in the face leaving me with black eyes that I had to explain away, he threatened numerous times to kill me if cops ever showed up or if I ever told anyone what was going on. That's just a small snap-shot of what he is like. He is a monster! For over a decade I've been expecting to hear on the news that he killed someone...every time I heard of a violent crime I expected to

I am a former mother in law of Jamie Peterson. He is a bonafide psychopath, pathological liar, & criminal with records in CA & WA. His lawyer dad enables him & gets him out of things always. Our daughter is alive today only by GodsGrace. He threatened to kill our entire family & to burn down our home & farm. When news came out a year ago about an innocent man being killed in back of a Spokane Valley bar, I instantly thought & gut instantly felt Jamie finally killed someone. Learning its true is devastating! I have been praying for the family as well as for Joe Riley & family who have been so wronged by false accusation. Gods favor be with you all

You should be able to sue for wrongful death even if JP is never charged.
