With seating as is, lamplighter has a very different feel than a typical bar, especially as it can serve as a coffee lounge and a brewery. Keep arrangement as is & expand seating capacity!

Lamplighter is a few blocks from our home, and its presence has been a real benefit to the community. However, there have been lines outside in the winter due to insufficient space inside. There is clearly demand here and it would be helpful to have more seating inside.
