Maybe it's time the employer made a proper employee site?
If not, the only way to end the feuding is to not post bid results on it, everything else is basic crew information not specific to employees

As a bus operator out of Wilson Division who regularly signs spare board, I can't imagine how I would be able to make my schedule work without the various crew and run guides that are so easily accessible via divisioninfo.com. In today's ever-increasingly transparent society, information is not our enemy.

These things are likely available to any member of the public through the Freedom of Information act anyways. It's not like our names and badge numbers are on it. Please bring it back.
