A visit to the Scottish Crannog Centre has been a highlight for thousands of visitors over the years but it now needs the increased space to fulfil its true potential.

A really worthy project as long as they retain access for local wild swimmers!

This project would be fantastic both locally and on a much bigger scale for Iron Age archaeology over the British Isles and Scotland, public education and enjoyment, he preservation / transmission of traditional skills and the development and recognition of archaeological sites around Loch Tay and Perthshire with conections to the very few other sites presenting Celtic life before the Roman conquest!

I heartily support The Scottish Crannog Centre’s plan to purchase the site at Dalerb, Kenmore, through Community Asset Transfer, for its new development. There will be benefits for many people and organisations if it moves to a bigger, quieter site away from the noise and bustle of the marina.
