I'm very much supportive of the move. Sadly, the area around the Crannog has seen much development over the last few years. This greatly takes away from the Crannog experience. I have personal history just up the road - at the recently demolished Croft Martaig - the location of a submerged crannog. I wish you best of luck in acquiring land on the North Side - and lots of it!

Would be great to see you expand and offer additional experience to visitors, the centre is fantastic but very constrained by the current space.

Speaking both as a visitor and as a professional, I have to say, the Crannog Center is the best of its kind. They do so much already with the small space they have that I am thrilled to imagine what they’ll do with the room and resources to fulfill their potential. It is the best conceived and well executed visitor experience I’ve ever had the joy to encounter, hands down. I have been lucky enough to work at and attend dozens of museums and living history sites all over the eastern US and into Canada. They could all take lessons from the Centre.
