Coach Carroll is and has always been an amazing leader and coach to any boy that comes up to play football. He’s a mentor and a great teacher. He’s an inspiration and should be around for a very long time to help other kids who want to be a proud Haverling Ram!

My through best coach nice family always has time to say Hi along with his hole family, taught my Grandson Michael Rice to be the best ,didn't Receive that from anyof the other coaching staff. In my opinion He ROCKS like my Grandson Michael Rice and the teaching came from the coach and his father.

I cant even believe that we are having this kind of conversation over a man that has given more then 30 years of his life to hundreds families! Ive known Coach since high he was my high school coach back in the 80s. What ever has been said negative is nothing but lies created by a fan of the devil. Coach has tough me more then my own father!! I hope and pray this petition releases the bondage that satan has placed over Coach!! Love and appreciation from NC!!

Wayne Carroll is Bath Football. He's coached 5 of my boys over the past 20 years. All 5 boys were on championship teams because of Wayne's leadership, because of his mentoring and because he taught them how to be leaders. He taught them about respect, teamwork and what a family should be. He taught them to never give up and that hard work and dedication wins championships. They learned that respect of the game, your team mates, your coaches and your opponents made the difference between winning and losing. These boys on those championship teams knew the only trophies they would ever have were the ones they busted their butts to win. There were no participation trophies, there wasn't players disrespecting coaches and their wasn't a player on the field that didn't earn the position they were playing. This is the legacy of Coach Carroll. Obviously there are those that wish to destroy that, to be petty and spiteful and are willing to risk the future of Bath Football for their own agenda.

Coach is an admirable man! I remember waking up to him after a head injury I received while cheering at an away game. He is always there for everyone! I hope he will continue to do what he loves.
