The kind of mentality that he gets into his athletes heads is unbelievable. I guarantee that if he's not coaching after 5 years that team is going to go to crap! There's a reason he's been there for so long.

I have known this man since I was 10 years old. He has always been firm, fair, and consistent. Always treated us as individuals and cared. Im proud to say I played football for him and I have always had respect for him!

Coach Carroll is an upstanding person with outstanding moral character. He taught us (his students) how to act with moral integrity. What it meant to be loyal to the team, hard working, respectful, preserver, and be self disciplined. Coach Wayne Carroll taught us even more, he taught us how to have drive so that each of us could be successful, and how to set goals and achieve them. He was an amazing coach that didn't just preach how to act, but also behaved in a way that made a great role model. Thank you coach Carroll for teaching me to be goal oriented, hard working, disciplined so that I could navigate life. I do not no the detail, but, no matter what mistakes we make in life we shall be forgiven, and allowed to be loved. Coach Carroll you are loved by me and countless others. Dr. Jeremy Quick
