Without knowing those people/staff I cannot comment on anything. Disarming the entire staff for the sake of just a handful of suspects is a stupid decision! I believe it is the work of the anti-social elements. I pray that the judgment is in favor of protecting the reserve/park. I am signing this petition. I cannot see Manas or any other reserve obliterate for this reason.

It would be a matter of national disgrace if we allow a pristine habitat like Manas National Park to slip into oblivion. It has taken a lot of pain and effort to bring Manas back from the brink, hence it is my earnest request to you to please help resurrect Manas, bring justice to the culprits and save this veritable Paradise. Let us not humiliate nature any more for errors which are man-made.

It will be a tragedy if we let a magnificent place such as Manas slip into disaster merely because we failed to act. Prosterity will never forgive us if we don't fight now.

The best move to make at this point is to let the Army manage the Park and give the control to the Central Government, BTC and the Assam state government is incompetent to take care of the Park. Had this been done before Manas would not have suffered for 2 decades.

Tears rolled out when I read the article ,though I have been there only once .. I felt manas as my second home .. can't think of manas go under ravage again , as mentioned by Siddharth Kumar Gogoi , let army control the park .. I Dont believe any govt .. and my sincere request to every one .. we are losing forest cover at alarming rate .. let us not slip another pristine forest fall under wrong hands and suffer again.

Till they are proven guilty they should not be condemned or allegations against the Forest Department should not be made, if they at all played any part in this devilish act then no one should be spared, any sort of killing is absolutely not acceptable and real perpetrators have to be punished even if they belong to the Higher Authorities.
