A sense of community and making greener space is more important to HK local residents.

Closing this space is in no one's interests. Who wants to live in a sterile city with no outdoor life? The government needs to get back in touch with regular people.

I am also fed up with the so-called law enforcement by HK government. They let go the chain stores and turn a blind eyes to them. I dont want starbuck and Pacific coffees anymore. The government should encourage creativity and small enterprise, they should be flexible. They just receive complain and do in accordance to order and proceudre, never be flexible. It's the problem of their law enforcement and always scare of big firms.

The focus on destroying this peaceful, CLEAN, friendly and community like environment is wasted when it could be better spent on cleaning up the rest of the area that is polluted with litter everywhere!

I support Teakha because they're a wonderful addition to the neighborhood in no small part due to the outdoor seating.

What's wrong with creating a nice and environmental friendly outdoor environment for free for the government?

I live on Tai Ping Shan street and enjoy using this space a lot, when sitting on the tree stumps there is still a clearway for pedestrians The rest of the alley you have to navigate around car parts, broken machines, garbage and cars most days. Madness

I can't see any logical reasons to remove everything outside the cafe. Teakha is trying hard to beautify the local neighborhood. What's wrong with the government?
