Health Insurance companies are pure evil, and only exist to put a barrier between patient and care for the sake of greed. I'm hopeful that this can make some real change

I feel it is absolutely deplorable that an insurance company feels that it can override a physician’s recommendation for treatment or medication for an individual due to cost. It’s why we pay in. Not to line your greedy shareholders pockets.

I support this bill

Insurance companies have entirely too much say in what they deem medically necessary. If this were to pass it would likely save many lives.

I would like this law passed because as a result of insurance issues, delays, etc. I went completely & permanently blind in my left eye, & partially in my right. IDK Gabriel's situation, but agree & understand this petition & the need for it.

I absolutely support this and have faith that it will be codified.
