This should have been signed into law long ago! Please help people like Gabe all over our commonwealth!

The insurance companies are only concerned with profits, not the patient's care or quality of life !

Gabriel is my younger brother and I’ve been by his side seeing how his insurance (United Healthcare) has denied life saving care and then ultimately rehabilitative care where he’s at in his state of recovery. The system needs to be held accountable and change for the better for my brother and everyone else effected by it on a daily basis.

I completely back this petition.

I support the physician patient relationship and agree it needs to be prioritized to provide the best quality care for people.

Please help Gabe. He is beyond deserving of this .

Working in healthcare we see insurance reviewers determine care instead of physicians !

We are all seconds away from any catastrophic event. We must not ruin people’s lives more than they are already ruined by that catastrophe.

I am in full support of Gabriel's law as a med SLP specializing in AAC. I have witnessed first hand how insurance companies strip people of their autonomy and choice, especially when they are receiving care in skilled nursing facilities. Gabe is an inspiration to many as he fights for his rights while continuing to overcome new challenges from this tragic event.
