I also live in the area and would like to have a storage facility near by for my RV&boat.

Cannot find storage for my boat anywhere close to horeshoe bend all they have is waiting list

OUR FOURFATHERS WERE RIGHT ABOUT ALLOT BUT ONLY THING THEY WERE IGNORANT AT WAS THE RIGHT TO "BUY LAND" AND DESTROY THE LIVING THINGS ON IT FOR CAPITAL GAIN. NOW DONT GET ME WRONG SOME SELECTIVE HARVESTING TO PUT IN A HOME IS ONE THING BUT TO JUST PLOW THE ENTIRE LAND INCLUDING "ALL" TREES EVEN SMALL SAPLINGS... THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE MANKIND HAS VENTURED ON IS PROFIT AT ALL COST.. WE HAVE LOST TOUCH. ONE DAY WE WONT HAVE A PLANET HABITABLE TO LIFE FOR OUR CHILDREN AN THEIR CHILDRENS CHILDREN YIUR GRANDCHILDREN AN GREAT GRAND... NO TREES NO BREATHE... THINK ABOUT THAT WHILE YOUR SUCKING UP A FEW LUNG FULLS...

This would be disastrous for the area! There is no way a boat storage could add any value to the aesthetics or usage in the area. How many people signed Mr. Chuppp's petition simply because he is a member of his church or an employee of his. Don't drink his kool-aid, open your eyes and research his past business practices. He only cares about himself...greed, gluttony, pride, envy...I'dbsay he's well on his way to bigger and better things. Don't let him take you "down" with him!

This facility is NOT needed in our area. There are 20+ vacant boat and RV storage facilities in a 7 mile radius of this proposed site. The Chupp's are Lying about information and not sharing the total truth about the project. REMEMBER, there is always two sides to every story!

I've lived in NW Arkansas for 55 years and have seen the likes of Mr. Chupp come and go, such as the NY investors that thought high-rise condos on the lake would work, but left nothing but a big hole in the ground and deforested property in Coose Hollow. I find it amusing that Mr. Chupp compares the development of the gated subdivision known as Avalon, a very small pizza barn, and home-based tax service with his 6 acre planned storage spectacle. And for those folks that were around before Avalon, you may recall there were few if any beautiful pine trees cut. The trees removed were the remnants of a diseased/dead apple orchard for the most part. As for the deer issue, I can tell you that nobody enjoyed the view of the deer impaled on the fence, which is why the residents promptly placed solid bars connecting the tops of the fence to stop the accidental deaths. Mr. Chupp would like for you to believe he felt a need to step in and fight as an "American Citizen" to stop it. That's a bunch of crap. I was also at the last meeting, where I heard Mr. Chupp called one mildly disrespectful name (that actually fits him quite well if you read about his business practices on ripoffreports.com.), hardly the "terrible cussing" that he would like folks to believe. The only reason there was no audio on the 40/29 report was because the board members spoke so quietly, very little was heard by even those of us in attendance. More crap. I don't think any of the protestors would have reacted the way they have, had Mr. Chupp not come in and clearcut 6 acres of forested ravine, making it look like Vietnam in the 1970s. Are we supposed to be happy about that? Would you? I'm all for economic development, but it needs to be done in a responsible way, in locations that are compatible with the surroundings. Boat storage is NOT expected, nor normal near this part of the lake where homeowners have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in their property. We have rights too, folk

I support The Chupps on their continued interest in helping build and manicure our county. This is a well needed facility in Rogers especially on HWY 94/HORSESHOE BEND AREA. This is a PERFECT location and has been needed for years.

I live in Springdale, but if we get a boat, we would love to be able to store it close to the lake.

I live close to Prairie Creek in Rogers on Beaver Lake. I support Perry and Pam Chupp's business venture.
