In the Veterinary profession often doctors are seen by many as uneducated, ignorant and uncultured. Many people often think that a veterinarians daily job is to rectally palpate buffalo's and cows.
In reality the career of a Veterinarian is quite the opposite. To become a veterinarian a person must attend 5 years of additional schooling at a University after they have completed high school. A Veterinarian must be highly intelligent to diagnose a patient who can not speak unlike a human doctor who's patients can tell him where it hurts or what is wrong. A Veterinarian will not just help save the lives of buffalo's and cows but dogs, cats, birds and many other exotic pets also.

Love for the profession of veterinary sciences. We treat those creatures who can't explain their problem.
Stereotyping is not good about any profession, color ehinicity, or people of any region.
Such mentality of so called "Mountains of wisdom" must be discouraged. I strongly condemn this act !!

The society needs to learn respecting veterinarians as they treat and look after ailing livestock and small animals in very difficult situations specially in Pakistan where there are no facilities no encouragement no reward. Remember Pakistan is in the top ten list of producing milk, poultry, red meat and the list goes on. Please think that animals can not tell their symptoms it’s the vet who diagnoses them and treats them using best of their mental and often physical abilities
