I was hit by one riding on the sidewalk trying to pass me turning into my driveway yesterday. Hagerstown police didn’t even come out to talk to me or even look at the damage. Might be stuck paying thousands of dollars to fix my car because nothing is being done about This. I also got injured hit my head off the window had to go to the er have whiplash as well

The residents of New Haven should not be subjected to this lawless behavior. We seem to constantly hear about their rights while those breaking the law have no consideration for our rights or safety. I am certain that the residents who reside around West Rock park would not welcome it being utilized as an ATV and dirt bike park. Why should we have to suffer with even more of the chaos and noise that such a park would bring. We deserve safety and peace as well. I believe that a stronger ordinance is the least that the city should do at this point in time. I fully support the new ordinance.

Would be nice to not have to deal with the loudness of the illegal dirt bikes. The disturbance it not only causes to residents but business is a negative look to the city of New Haven.

I fully support the legislation that puts legal boundaries on dirt bike and ATV use in New Haven and removing the boundaries set on law enforcement to make our roads and ... safe.

The ATV's on Chapel St are out of control. They are so loud and annoying. They also drive like crazy idiots that its just a matter of time someone is gonna get seriously injured or killed. LET'S STOP THEM!!!!!!

Too many kids too much potential for an accident and I don’t feel safe when groups of these people ride down the wrong side of the road... doing tricks and acting incredibly reckless.

Get these ppl off the roads they’re like a traveling pack of gangs . They just want to impress each other if you run into this group alone they will just try to
intimidate you . Make them ride out in the forests they don’t follow 0ne drop of safety .

They getting out of hand. They don’t follow traffic light. They cut people off. They ride late at night. They stop traffic, and get aggressive when drivers say something.

The police need to do there job. Who cares if the bike rider crashes. They shouldn't be on the streets. Come on Local and state police do your jobs protect the laws that were made.
