Hunger is a growing problem around the world, Across the US, and in our own communities. This petition was created to make congress more aware of the growing need for help.

Today we have many food pantries available to needy families. The problem they are having is the limited amount of suppies. The problem families are having is the limited amount of hours these food pantries are open.

Food is expensive and not everyone can afford to pay the prices stores are asking for quality food. This is a call to action for the government to provide incentives to stores to make food more affordable so that people who can afford to contribute are more willing to do so.
