We, the fellow trainees of Steven, are asking for immediate reconsideration regarding his certification process.

Steven completed all 4 weeks of training with full commitment and dedication. However, due to technical/system issues that were beyond his control, he was not allowed to proceed to certification. This is not only unfair, but disheartening, especially after the effort and time he invested.

We believe Steven deserves the same opportunity as the rest of us. It’s only fair that he be allowed to certify with us or be given a fair path forward as soon as possible.

We urge the training authorities to:
• Review Steven’s situation thoroughly
• Acknowledge the system error
• Provide him with an opportunity to complete his certification without further delay
