The flower stall has been a real bonus to the village,beautiful,fresh flowers at a fair price. How can a single anonymous resident be allowed to ruin a long standing business.A disgrace,what happened to democracy!

This is an appalling enforcement that threatens a delightful part of village life. Colour and character are essential ingredients. If this is the result of a single mean minded resident as has been suggested there should’ve a democratic vote about allowing the stall to continue

I have lived in Parkside for 26 years. This has been a part of the Village for much of my time. It is a very simply, unobtrusive structure. It doesn’t hinder or obstruct. The constant erecting and dismantling will take its toll on the structure and will have to be paid for by the customers through higher prices. Let Common Sense prevail and live & let live. The high street has lost far too many business over the years, let’s not loose another because of some daft & unnecessary rule?

Why would you close the prettiest thing on that path? it is organic it is pretty it family business, it is helpful how would you replace it more green? More environmental? There’s no way you could do that it is already all of these anyway council should find an other place to look after where it needs looking after! Our flower kiosk doesn’t need that. Thanks
