Save a part of the past. Don’t let this follow the gazebo on the Wooster square with an ugly replacement.

I am a 1988 graduate of ATI and also worked there for 12 years. I completely understand that costs are high to keep a structure of this nature. But, aren't some things worth the extra effort? It all boils down to priorities. If something is not wanted, a way will be found to make it go away. And on the flip side as well - if there is enough passion and desire to keep something so historic, then a way can be found to make it last. The ATI Conservatory is an icon for the campus. It would be sad and regrettable to let it go.

The ATI Conservatory was a wonderful resource for me to learn about plants and to just spend time in while I was a student at ATI. Please reconsider tearing it down. We need to keep historic green places for future students and the Wooster Community. Thank you!

I can't fathom how they would have let such a gem fall into such a state of disrepair, especially given all the "slave labor", er uh practicum classes, everyone has to take. Seems like fixing a greenhouse would be a great skill to learn if you are in the green house program.

The opportunity I had while attending ATI/ OSU covering watering needs on weekends is the reason I to this day (after nearly 20 years) happily work at a well known Conservatory which houses a beautiful plant collection. This structure is an asset to the hort. students for sure. It needs to stay and funding be found to sustain its operations. In my opinion based on my ATI experience, if this structure is removed, this will keep future students from getting the experience they would benefit from having this small but amazing treasure. I'm saddened to think the removal of this structure is even an option. Find the funds for its sustainability and keep the future for ATI's upcoming students and their careers a dream that can come true.

Stop mistakes that can't be undone. It's historical, educational, unique & integral to ATI's No. 2 national ranking. Save it so it CAN be restored.
