Why do people who don't love New Orleans continue to move there and try and make it like the boring places they moved from?

I know this bar - the owner is a terrific neighbor to a friend of mine - keeps an eye on the street to make sure everyone is safe...runs his business like a gentleman. This long-standing family-owned and operated bar is a Treme institution. Threatening that institution is an offense to the city's culture. Please keep the public informed about any upcoming hearings on this subject.

This is a part of the fabric of Tremé. If the complainer moved in he can move out just as easily, to a neighborhood where there is a better fit; like far away from southern Louisiana .

An intruder, not a neighbor would cause this kind of turmoil. Go home if you can't handle the NOLA culture...we don't want your money!

A great place in a great neighborhood. Don't take away what years have helped to create.
