We were the precious track operators for this track and we know how critical it is to have this sport there for our kids. It keeps them involved with family and off the streets and out of trouble. Also good source of exercise ♡

this track has been around since i was a kid. many memories and friendships have been created here. it would be a shame to take it away and to deny future and current children the chance to keep making these memories.

Oh Hell no you don’t !!!!! Keep my Bmx track and dump a soccer field. There’s plenty of those to get rid of.

In 2004 I lived in Simi Valley. My then 9 year old son had tried many sports and just didn't really enjoy any of them. He told my husband and Imthat he wanted to race BMX. He started racing at Sycamore BMX and found a true passion for the sport. He raced BMX for 10 years and I cannot even begin to explain how great this sport was for his childhood. Many life long friendships were made. He now has found a love for road bikes, but Sycamore started his love for bicycles. Please don't take this away from the kids of Simi.

A strange member of Ventura County since 1978 my husband raced at this track in the 80’s and 90’s all 3 of my boys raced here . This is an historic part of extreme sports in Ventura County the 1st!!! Also a place for kids who don’t want to be that soccer ayso kid.

My name is Robert de Wilde. 2008 BMX Olympian and 1999 UCI Pro World Champion. Born and raised in The Netherlands and moved to America in 2001 to pursue my droom to race against the best Pro BMX racers in the world. With closing this track the local kids and parents will lose an Iconic place where they can ride their bike for fun and race BMX competitive. There are grass fields everywhere to be used for all kinds of sports. There isn't many or any locations at all, where you can learn how to ride a bike, have fun on a bike and race against other competitors. Please reconsider and relocated this beautiful BMX track so young and old riders can enjoy this great sport together at a safe place. Thank you for your time.

Less keep our kids clean by letting them get dirty at the track!!! Simi valley keep kids are in dire need of some construction recreation. I know this because I have 3, age 16, 15, & 9. Sycamore track I believe has been a pivitol part of their growing years and I will continue to support.
