I thought this track was moving across he freeway in the park. We can not loose another track. BMX started in So. Cal and we must save this great sport. Please don't close this track.

It's a shame that the elected officials of the Parks and recreation board would go against their word and take away a valuable outlet for the youth of Simi Valley. I doubt a baseball or soccer league would get the same treatment.

this track is one of the longest running tracks in Southern California. In my book that makes it one of the most successful programs for kids. We need to continue to provide fun, healthy outdoor options for Simi's residents. Simi needs to double down, not forsake this excellent program.

Our son got his start racing BMX at Sycamore BMX when he was 5 years old, he is now 21 and is still enjoys BMX racing. Please save Sycamore BMX for more kids and families to experience the amazing sport of BMX racing. BMX racing is such an amazing way to get kids to live their bikes at an early age, and hopefully take that love into adulthood!!

We are ALWAYS reading and hearing about kids NOT having a postive outlet and getting into toruble. The Simi track gives kids a place to flourish, set goals and has a positive impact in there lives FOREVER!

Sycamore bmx has been around as long as I have been racing and has helped produce some of the best riders in our sport. Shutting down a legendary track for the community would not only close out kid’s hopes and dreams of making the Olympics but would also take away an activity for them to do. Please consider keeping the track open or relocating it to an appropriate location, not only for the kids involved but also for the great health it provides the community of Simon Valley.

My most precious memories are watching my children, grandchildren and a great grandchild ride and race on this track. I even raced here at one time. So sad this is. They should be ashamed
