That place is a landmark for many people in this tow. Many kids and childhood memories are made their great outdoor activity to keep kids out of trouble and away from drugs. Stop building in this town it’s already crowded enough

Losing this bmx track, or any bmx track is such a loss in the community, it's a great place for all ages to get involved with the Olympic sport, the bmx community is looked at as a family , losing the bmx track would be such an unfortunate loss for countless families. Please re-consider your choices on this matter.

My family was devistated that this park was closed my son was so excited once he learned to ride his bike without training wheels to come here to only be let down that he couldn’t ride on this track! Please let’s find a way as a community to keep this opened!

Although this place has created many state champions, national champions and world champions, it is not only about those athletes. It is about the local kids that have limited outlets in today's society. It would be a shame to take away yet another resource for kids to stay occupied in a sport instead of getting into trouble somewhere because of boredom. I have been an active participant at the Simi track for about 25-30 years, although I no longer race, it would be a shame to deny that same opportunity to today's youth.
