Our hearts are breaking. This week our beloved fur babies somehow got into our back block and attacked one of our sheep, we are deeply saddened by this and sorry for any children that seen the event occur from the school. It is totally out of character for them and now are seized waiting to see if they will be declared dangerous dogs. We know they have done wrong but wish there was ways the law would allow us to make changes so that it was unable to happen again. For them to be deemed dangerous dogs they would have to live in a jail cell and be muzzled and leashed anytime out even to go to the toilet in our backyard and not to be around young children, they love kids. What life is this for our precious babies, who love people and just seek affection which all who have met Shelby and Tonka know. We are not condoning their behaviour just wishing there was measures for them to be assessed to allow them to still be able to live a happy life, one only restricted to our yard away from public or rehomed away from livestock but the laws we have to follow we have to think of their quality of life. They love playing ball, greeting the kids at the gate when they are walking home from school and they are a part of our family living inside with us, our four legged kids who make our house a home. We are devastated and hope no one ever has to go through this like us. Our house is empty without them. I know the law is there for a reason but it sux

we are petitioning to be able to secure a yard for them to be able to bring them home and not be caged and muzzled. Please help bring our young pups, both under 2 years of age, home to a quality of life
