I was in an IMPI race and blown my radiators. My service crew where no where near to assist and KTM _ Durban came to my rescue no questions asked.. KTM South Africa support the supporters come on have a heart..

As a non-KTM supporter, I would like to say KTM have just shut the doors on one of the most brand committed stores that were 100% all in and all about KTM. Your corporate lack of foresight and understanding has just shot the riding community on the foot... again, like the South Africa's biking community needed that. Guess that's what happens when non-motorcycle enthusiasts run a motorcycle brand. The customers take it in the neck!!! I'm interested to see now, are KTM expecting their clients to go to a shop that sells Husqvarna, Suzuki and Gas Gas and pick a KTM when they can compare what the competition can offer? You better hope Suzuki dont bring in off road bikes again, when clients see that price difference......... just saying!!! Bad idea, never give your client the opportunity to take a look on any other brand, now you will force them to! Just a Yamaha fan watching the KTM mad community in KZN loose their mind. Sorry to the owners and the staff. KTM have screwed you guys and probably dont have the backbone to release a justfyable statement of why they did it, bunch of chops! Guess they are going to say they don't need to.

Ktm Durban treated me as a cusgomer well regarding spares needed and advice on my build. I would have made allot of bad decisions that could have costed enough to give up the sport it was not for the experienced staff and manager at ktm Durban. I salute them and pray their licenses and job positions stay intack.

The group of individuals at this shop do not deserve to get shut down, they are amazing with a heck load of talent and plenty time to assist when in need.
The certainly make people's small problems into no problems and then make the big problems one has into small problems to then into nothing aswell, a bunch of magicians, one might say.
