They have the farmers market in Peckham square, they even had it in Harris Academy Peckham for a few months, then they have the 2 day festival in the park near Peckham Rye station. No restrictions or barriers, but it's aimed at a "different clientel"

Where do the restrictions come from. If it's Southwark Council they would be breach of the equalities act given the new demograph of art students have been given preference in what the Peckham Action plan should contain

The closing of the market would be very unjust. This is a lie about noise being made on the premises which is not experienced by the nearby residents as they were not aware that a market is being held. Halima.

I support and benefit from Aunty Jeans African market. I believe it will be a true lose to the community if it was closed. I strongly believe the closure is systematic and further evidence of victimisation.
