I support keeping the road open. Lack of maintenance of the road should not be sufficient reason to close it. Grading and maintaining the road should be a priority.

Loree Forest is a wonderful example for the international and local people for one of the great outdoor places , so it should not be closed as people will loose its natural beauty in short it has to be continued

This is a beautiful trail and it would be such a shame for local residents as well as people who come to visit our beautiful area. I sincerely hope that this will be re considered.

Loree Forest is a wonderful example of the beautiful ecosystem here in the Blue Mountains. I feel strongly that it should remain open so everyone may continue to enjoy it's beauty regardless of ability or disability.

I understand that council is considering eliminating vehicle traffic on the 5th line which provides access to Loree Forest.
Given the fact that there are trails for hiking I do not understand or agree with the approach council is taking. Unfortunately not everyone is able to enjoy the hiking trails and need to rely on some form of transportation to enjoy the beauty and nature this area has to offer. Xtreme Adventures is one of those companies who have worked with various organizations to ensure that the disabled are able to take advantage of what we have to offer. What about our seniors? Again another demographic which you will be limiting to this area for those that cannot hike for a period of time.
At the same time they play an important role in our tourism business creating an experience for visitors to this area. This region is known for creating experiences for visitors from all over, why limit this area?
I know that the team from Xtreme Adventures respects the environment and actually contributes to the maintenance and cleaning up of this trail. Many times the employees have been seen picking up garbage from other people to ensure the beauty is maintained.
Please find attached a petition from other who feels the same. I would hope that you seriously reconsider your position before the damage is done and the possibility of losing a passionate company who promotes our region.
