Please release the sweet gentle giant. Give her some dignity and respect at this stage of her life.

Please contact Performing Animal Welfare Society in Tennessee. She would be welcome there. They have taken in many ex-circus and -zoo elephants.

Please allow Happy to retire in a beautiful sanctuary where she can be cared for and loved by a new elephant family. Just imagine her joy...

So Happy is by herself now. Com'on people, help her to be moved to an elephant sanctuary. It's truly is a travesty when "they" can get the elephant to a zoo but don't have the chutzpah to help Happy in her old age to be among other elephants!! Please help this vulnerable elephant, Happy, be moved to a sanctuary to be with others of her dignified species!

Elephants should be free and with other elephants. It is cruel to isolate an elephant.

Please send Happy to an elephant sanctuary. We can all learn to be better human beings if you study the behavior of elephants in their own habitat

Today I had the opportunity to see the elephant who's name is happy unfortunately this elephant did not match its name. Alone with no companion is a horrible way for an elephant to live. This elephant can have the most caring caretakers but needs elephants of her own kind. It's mean lonely and can not be mentally good for this beautiful animal. Sadden and emotionally upset I wish I can do more.

No captive elephant should live anywhere but sanctuary. We have taken away their freedom & family the least we can do is let them live out the rest of their lives with dignity and some sense of freedom at sanctuary
