This is a beautiful island, home to bald eagles and many other wildlife. Save the island, keep it clean.

We used to spend weekends on Burlington Island when we were Kids. We explored the Island & found remnants of the old Amusement Park & picnicked on the water's edge. Please don't disappoint Mother Earth & turn this into a dumping ground. It would be a sad waste of beautiful land.

That island been there forever. That’s where the deer swim back and forth from NJ and PA there is no reason to take that island. They always forget about wild life. Sad

Send this crap to upper bucks for once. Oh ya they have money and would not go for that. This lower area is not a dumping ground anymore!!! Go away!!

Leave in the way it is. There are birds that nest in the trees.

Can we just leave things alone and enjoy them instead of using every square inch of unused land for something? To use it for anything but what it is Would be a sin.

Dredge spoils can be use positively to create new islands for nesting birds if strategically placed in the correct environment. /waterway.
