If he’s not harm to other tenants or a disturbance then he should be allowed to stay. If he has also been there since you first took residence he should be grandfathered in. Check your old lease and with a lawyer.

I hope that exceptions can be made to allow this family to continue to live with their fur baby.

we know this dog and it's gentle and affectionate ! Why the hell do they want to have him off the property when he's been well established here for so long and is an asset to our community. The new property manager needs to explain WHY !! This is very upsetting to me and my grandson who is heartbroken
