I have known Antonio since he was very small around 4yrs old he has grown up to be a very well mannered and educated young man but since very young has always shown respect . This puzzles me because of the young man I know is a very good person why is he being scrutinized is it a racial reaction because he is Hispanic origin

This shouldn't be a felony. He is a young kid.

As a former resident of Waukesha, I encourage the DA to consider the impact a felony will have on this young man for the rest of his life. It will limit his employment opportunities, his educational opportunities, and may as a result impact future generations. Stop the cycle! No one was injured; reduce the charge and move on to more serious offenses.

I'm so sorry about this. I know Antonio from work and he's a hardworking kid. Has alot of friends at work and does very well with his job. I hope the DA can see that he is not a criminal

This is absolutely ridiculous of the DA to do this. He is a child and should be treated as such. Slap him with some community service and no be done!

Let's focus on real crime not turning our babies into criminals for petty offenses.

People make mistakes, especially the youth. The way of the world, encourages our children to not make the best choices, but it is our bad choices that teach us to do good. I believe this young man deserves a chance to prove that to the world.

This is horrific and tragic and shameful for the DA to push so hard on this. He should not be charged with a felony which will essentially ruin his life. I say expunge it. It's obvious he is a good kid. Go after the real criminals instead.

Hes a great boy, well behaved. and he deserves to not be ridiculed for panicking. anyone would be scared of consequences and some act differently. prayers being sent.

To whom it may concern, As a community member who shares the streets with this family and young man, I ask that my tax dollars not be used to give a felony and possible jail time to a young man who made one bad decision one night. I ask that this child's background be looked at as an example of who he is, and not this action of one night wherein which no violence nor drugs were apparent, shape his future. We need to be better about persecuting those who commit acts of violence, those who are demo iding the streets of our city and state through severe theft and gang activity, and not those who have made a mistake such as this. Thank you for your time.
