Renee made a mistake that most young adolescents make. She is a completely different person now with a good head on her shoulders. I think she deserves another chance to come visit and be with family and friends she grew up with. And not have it all taken away from her for forever over a mistake in her past

When it comes to drug addiction, all bets are off. Every single recovered drug addict I know is incredible; with morals, values, and big hearts. Drug addiction takes these things from people, but if there is one thing I know from being a recovered drug addict it is this: Thank God I got a second chance. If it weren't for forgiveness I wouldn't be where I am today with the beautiful relationships I have. If it weren't for forgiveness my absolutely amazing, kind, giving fiancee would be sitting in a prison cell instead of helping countless other young men recover from the disease of addiction/alcoholism. I think the word permanent is a bit harsh, and in this life, nothing is permanent, including this young woman's prior addiction. Let's help her continue to thrive.

I've know Renee for a long time, and if anyone is deserving of forgiveness, it's her. She continuously goes out of her way to help and uplift other people, while promoting healthy lifestyles and habits. She is a genuine and loving person, and she absolutely deserves to be given another chance.

Everybody makes mistakes. I dont of anyone who asks to be an addict. She has conquered her addiction, grown into a law abiding dutiful citizen. She grew up here, I'm all for supporting her desire to come back and visit a place of good memories before there were bad memories. Good behavior and good choices should mean something, there is reward in doing what's right, I hope she is rewarded with a chance to come back. Good luck Renee!

Renee is a very good friend of mine, who I believe has turned her life around completely. I don't believe she deserves to be banned from entering the country she grew up in, where her family and friends and the life she had resides in.

I'm so proud of the woman you've become. I love that your strength and determination helps others who are going through what you've been through. You have worked hard and have changed your life for the better. You deserve to be able to come back home whenever you want too.

I'm pulling for you, friend. You don't deserve how extreme that punishment was.
