Never heard anything so ridiculous in my life! Where does it say in the DDA that a dog is dangerous because it has the potential to knock someone over???

I see him in Oldway Mansions Gardens very often when I'm walking my dogs and he is the most gentle dog ever, he is lovely ❤

This world is full of spiteful subhumans and I cannot believe the police are entertaining such ridiculousness. I expect my taxes to be better utilised.
