Help prevent my neighbour having my dog Zibannac put on a Dog control order/dog behaviour order

I'm a friend of the family. He's a good natured gentle giant of a dog

Whadda dog what an awesome dog and friends are hard to come by these days

I have had two hip replacements and a knee replacement and I have never worried about being around him, in fact he's more of a gentleman than a lot of men I've met and I'm 90 years old. I think he's fantastic and never worry at all when he's about.

I know Sharon and she would never have a dangerous dog. This is madness.

I have known this dog (and Shasha) for many years, have always engaged with them in public spaces (Forest walks, Beach, Park etc) and I always find Zibannac and Shash surrounded by children giving him hugs and other being greeted by others pets. These dogs are well known in our community for being trained, social, friendly, approachable, and adorable. He even has a harness that reads "Polite & Friendly" and they are ALWAYS under control both on or off a leash. I have NEVER even heard them bark so how he can be thought of as dangerous is beyond me. Zibannac may look like a police dog but he is a just friendy ball of fluff who loves his hugs. This dog can be put in any situation, is an absolute pleasure to be around and does not have a bad bone I him at all. Whoever logged this report clearly has not spent one single minute with that dog at all. The owner is not a policeman, he does not have a police dogs and only an idiot could think that they are.

Why would someone do this to a obviously lovely dog

Large dogs are no more dangerous than small dogs. When I had my German Shepherd she was so gentle & obedient. My present pair of Jack Russells are forever causing havoc & tripping me up. I still wouldn't part with them though

We are thinking it's just harassment tbh as she dog sits her sons 2 labradores on wkends

Has the neighbour ever owned a big dog or even a GSD as they have a lovely temperament and only are vicious if owners train them to be! Hopefully there is enough signatures :)

No chance of tjem putting him down its some sort of control/behaviour order for the possibility of him knocking a neighbour over its just rediculas

Dont put him down german shepherds are gd dogs l had 1 myself they are very loveing

Thank you all so much we appreciate all your help it will soon be time to approach Devon and Cornwall police with all your signatures and kind words, that's if they will respond to us up till now they haven't and don't seem to want to if anyone has clout with a newspaper or some formof media that might help. Failing that we will be looking for a lawyer to help us
