Help prevent my neighbour having my dog Zibannac put on a Dog control order/dog behaviour order

Beautiful dogs however I've taught Zibannac not to jump up on people and he doesn't its a mad neighbour thinks he could knock her over and our police are wasting public money backing her without assessing him the police won't even respond to our phone calls this is why we went public and created petition

I have met this dog and his owner many times walking my own dog. He is one of the most well trained well behaved dogs I've ever met and a danger to no one

Laughable any dog is potentially capable of knocking someone over.

How ridiculous. I've had German Shepherdsfor years. One weighed 42kg and was the most gentle dog you could have. His size doesn't make him dangerous!
