The resident's of Cedar Woods is filing this petition, September 13, 2012 regarding the issue of relocating the elderly with a small stipend to help move. The issue of relocation is important because of the timeliness that the resident's need as, well as the lease agreement. Because of the actions of the (City of Winston--Salem / Cedar Woods) this issue continues to plague our community.
