What do we have to do to get things right here? As an Oceanside Family, we will do what we have to do to make things fair for you guys. This popped up on my newsfeed, and now just because it did, I will have water and sandwiches waiting did you guys tomorrow.

How can you promise something and then take it away. These are family men. They have homes to pay for, children to raise and feed. Bills to pay, debt to pay off. I'd love for one of you to look in the eye of one of their children and say that their daddy isn't going to get a raise because we have to fix a garage. Guaranteed you wouldn't be able to do it.

You commissioners are terrible! You should be ashamed.

Why wouldn't you appease your workers? Happy workers, happy working environment, better for the community.

My dad worked in sanitation for 35 years. It's a grueling job no matter how many hours you work. According to him, they worked way less than 25 hours, and made much more. It's a task job, once your duties are complete, you're finished. All I know for sure is that it's back breaking work, dibillating for some.

This crap has to stop! You have to work there ten years to get your first "real" raise, or at least that's what it used to be, they took that away now from what I've heard. That place is a joke. I feel really bad for those workers.

The workers deserve better wages. Stop being greedy and take care of them.
