Here in Cirencester we have a problem. That problem is homelessness. By campaigninng & putting this into action we can not only secure warm , safe accommodation for our homeless it will give them a better life . A more secure path .
By given them shelter & basic human rights , things we take for granted we will not only be keeping them warm and fed , but also potentially getting them into a permanent home , possible employment & back on there feet again .

I think we should. I don't see why homeless should get treated differently. We all have stories and problems just some people it's harder to stop and sometimes some have to pay the consequences for rest of our life's. If this goes through, just think how many more will be in there feet. How many grateful people who actually want to go out and stand on there own two feet but needs the start in life like we all do. Staying warm and providing shelter is a massive step to success!
