Gone to use violence,

threatened with violence,

Mental abuse,

Damaged property,

taken down things put up for privacy,

gone into our private property,

Trained (encurraged) his dog do be aggressive/attack our toddler,

Made it so his dog can jump the divide between us and them (its a big alsatian cross)

And worst of all he had cameras up pointing into our toddlers bedroom and where his pool is.

With all this because of the communal path he can go through our garden anytime they like, even with there dog. The even come through just to look at my son playing with us. The communal path runs through there garden too and onto 2 other properties yet our next door neighbour had his gated off and locked (other two properties have an exit at other end). Even though we should have right to go through. All this because he doesnt like children and housing gave us permission to put up gates (without locks) so our toddler could not run into road, and he obviously didnt like the changes.

Please if you think this is wrong and we should be able to close off our garden from him please sign this. Every signature is worth so much to us. We just want to keep our toddler safe which every parent should have the right to do.
