I own two extremely well trained bunnies. They are litter trained and run around the house freely. They do less damage than a dog or cat any day. If you’re going to allow dogs, birds, or cats... animals like bunnies should be allowed. Even stating further that reptiles (exotics) cause less damage than any of the three animals stated before. Don’t assume you know what is an appropriate animal until educated.

Rabbits are incredible house pets and therapy animals! I'm very involved with the Missouri House Rabbit Society - St. Louis. I did not know how special they are before. Education is everything. Please learn about our bunnies!

A properly litter trained rabbit will cause no destruction to a house! I don’t understand how they can think it is right to make a family get rid of their much loved and cared for pet! The poor family has mould in their house and that causes illnesses and even cancer! A rabbit causes no harm! Let this family keep their much loved companion

I pray that you decide to let this family keep their pet. This is very upsetting when you are dealing with deployment & life’s other problems then have to get rid of a family member. Very sad

This is ridiculous. I could see if it were a viscous animal.

We have enough neglected and homeless pets in this country. Let this loving family keep their bunny. Oh worry more about the mold!

Rabbits are domestic animals. If dogs, cats, birds and fish are allowed, this makes absolutely no sense. The rules need to be updated.
